Music will remain the property of Bothwell Philharmonic Choir, unless members are invited to purchase larger choral works.

Music should be returned at the end of each season. New music will be given out at the start of each season.

Choir folders are supplied to hold the music for concerts. Hole punches should be used to fit the music. Stapled music should be unstapled before the concert and then restapled before handing the music back.
